Shipping & Returns
How your tiles get to you.
HockeyTrax ships from Delta, BC to addresses across Canada. Everything below is what you'll actually pay and how returns work — no surprises added after you submit.
Where we ship
We ship to every Canadian province and territory. We do not ship to the United States or anywhere else outside Canada at this time.
Shipping rates
Shipping is added at checkout once you choose your destination. The rates below are what we are currently charging, per order.
$24.99 CAD per order anywhere in Canada, except Yukon and Northwest Territories. For those territories, email info@hockeytrax.ca for shipping rates.
Taxes
Online card payments calculate tax for your shipping address before you pay. Phone-order tax depends on the delivery province or territory:
- AB: GST — 5%
- SK: GST — 5%
- MB: GST — 5%
- YT: GST — 5%
- NT: GST — 5%
- QC: GST — 5%
- NU: GST — 5%
- BC: GST/PST — 12%
- ON: HST — 13%
- NL: HST — 15%
- NS: HST — 14%
- NB: HST — 15%
- PE: HST — 15%
Returns
Returns are accepted on unopened boxes only — tiles must be in the original sealed packaging, unused. You pay the return shipping cost back to our Delta, BC address.
- Email info@hockeytrax.ca or call 1-855-444-8729 with your order number before sending anything back, so we can confirm your order qualifies and give you the return address.
- Once tiles are out of the packaging they are cut to fit your rink and can't be resold, so we can't take opened boxes back.
- If a box arrives damaged, or tiles are missing, email us with a photo and your order number and we'll make it right.
