How an order works.

All prices are in Canadian dollars. One box of HockeyTrax tiles is $99.99 CAD and includes 20 tiles at 12" × 12", covering 20 square feet. Tax and shipping are added at checkout and shown in your total before you submit, so the number you approve is the number you pay.

Online card orders are recorded as paid after payment succeeds. Phone-payment orders are submitted without a charge; call us to complete payment. Packing and shipping are handled by our team.

Choose secure online card payment or pay by phone:

• Online card payment — Stripe processes your card securely. Final tax and shipping are shown before you pay.
• Card over the phone — call us at 1-855-444-8729 after ordering to give the card details verbally. Those details are not written into your order record.

Full card numbers, expiry dates, and security codes are never stored in your HockeyTrax order or sent by email.

We ship within Canada only. Rates and the Yukon special-order rule are listed on our shipping and returns page.

Returns are accepted on unopened boxes only, in the original sealed packaging, with the customer paying return shipping. Full details are on the shipping and returns page.

HockeyTrax tiles are an off-ice training surface for use with real vulcanized rubber pucks. They are not a skating surface — you can't skate on them in ice skates. Train in athletic shoes, keep the area clear of trip hazards, and supervise younger players.

We may update these terms as the store changes. The version published on this page is the one that applies to an order placed while it's up.
